All templates included in the Mix + Match Brand Kit are editable in CANVA only. You will not be able to access them and edit them in any other software. Canva is a free design program, you can create an account at canva.com. Canva Pro is recommended but not required.

You also understand that you are responsible for purchasing a license for any premium fonts you choose to use in your designs or on your website. Premium fonts are denoted in the Mix + Match Brand Kits.

The Website Marketing Lab has a 14 day no-questions-asked refund policy.

If you're not sure if the Website Marketing Lab is right for you, please email me at shannon@shannonmattern.com and ask me your specific questions before enrolling in this course.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 14 days of enrollment, contact our support team at shannon@shannonmattern.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 14th day at 11:59 EST. Upon cancellation, you will no longer have access to Website Marketing Lab modules, the Facebook Group or Bonuses.

We will NOT provide refunds more than 14 days following the date of purchase. After day 14, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the payment plan you agreed to when you accepted the terms + conditions at the time of purchase, and you will continue to have lifetime access to the Website Marketing Lab curriculum, the Facebook Group and Bonuses.

If you purchased an ongoing monthly subscription to the Website Marketing Lab prior to May 1, 2019: Monthly subscription fees after the first 30 days are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active for 30 days after your last payment. Finite payment plans are NOT considered to be a subscription.

Web Designer Academy 12-Month Group Coaching Program Refund Policy

The Web Designer Academy Group Coaching Program opened on December 1, 2020 and replaced the Web Designer Academy Online Course. The following refund policy applies to new students who enrolled in the Group Coaching Program version of the Web Designer Academy on or after December 1, 2020.

The Web Designer Academy Group Coaching Program is a 12 month commitment and WP+BFF LLC does NOT offer refunds or early cancellations to Participants. Participants agree to make timely and full payments of the Program Fee to the WP+BFF LLC even if they are unable to attend trainings, calls or otherwise fully participate in the Program.

Web Designer Academy Online Course Refund Policy

The Web Designer Academy Online Course closed permanently on December 1, 2020. The following refund policy applied to students who enrolled in the Online Course version of the Web Designer Academy prior to December 1, 2020.

The Web Designer Academy Online Coursehas a 30 day no questions asked refund policy.

Shareworthy Freebie Live Workshop Policy

You may cancel your Shareworthy Freebie Live Workshop registration within 48 hours of the published start date and time of the first day of the workshop and get a full refund. To cancel, contact our support team at shannon@shannonmattern.com and let us know you’d like to cancel at least 48 hours prior to the published start date and time.

Cancellations + refunds will not be processed for refund requests within 48 hours of the published start date and time of the live workshop.

Live Workshop Refund Policy

There are no refunds for live workshops. If you register and cannot attend, you will still receive a copy of all workshop materials and a recording of the workshop.

Serious Side Hustlers Refund Policy

Upon cancellation of your Serious Side Hustlers membership, you will maintain access to the membership site and all member benefits through the end of your term. There are no refunds or prorated refunds for Serious Side Hustlers.

Websites That Make Money Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the course. We offer a 60-day refund period for purchases. However, in order to qualify for a refund you must submit proof that you did the work in the course and it did not work for you. Please note, if you select the 12 payment option we are not able to stop payments without a refund request being submitted.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 60 days of enrollment, contact our support team at shannon@wp-bff.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 60th day at 11:59 EST. You must include your coursework with your request for a refund. If you request a refund and do not include your coursework by the 60th day, you will not be granted a refund.

The work that you need to submit with your request for a refund includes ALL of the following items:

Requirement 1: From module 1, Attach a screenshot of at least 2 places you posted your survey questions on social media.
Requirement 2: From module 2, attach your completed Branding Worksheet.
Requirement 3: From module 3, send a list of freebies you brainstormed and the list of affiliate programs you researched.
Requirement 4: From module 4, send the 3 email series that you wrote.
Requirement 5: From module 5, send your sales page copy.
Requirement 6: Tell us why this course was not a good fit for you and your business needs. What did you expect that you did not get once inside the program?

We will NOT provide refunds more than 60 days following the date of purchase. After day 60, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program regardless if you complete the program.

Please note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 60 days, with the required coursework at the time of your refund request, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.
