If you’ve had days like I’ve had, nothing can stop you.
You’re focused. You’re a machine. The ideas and content flow. You see the vision, the big picture, and you don’t doubt for a second that you have the knowledge, skill and ability to get there. You wake up early and work out. You nourish your body. You take action. You get the right people and invest in the right resources. You’re consistent. You focus on progress, not perfection.
And if you’ve had days like I’ve had, you doubt yourself.
You wish you had more time. You wonder if you’re doing it right. You worry if you’re ever going to make enough money to quit your day job. You give and give and give, sacrifice time with family and friends, eat like crap and skip your workouts because you never learned how to say no.
You feel that tightness in your chest and stinging in your eyes as you try to breathe away the tears on those days where nothing goes the way it’s supposed to. You think that you might as well just start looking for a new job and throw in the towel on this whole online business-work-from-anywhere-be-your-own-boss thing because it feels like a total myth.
And then you realize that you’ve been trying to do it all yourself.
I mean ALL of it. Figuring out what you need to learn and learning it. Then implementing it. Then figuring out how to make the connection between what you KNOW and what people NEED from you. Figuring out how to package that knowledge and how to motivate people to buy it. Not to mention creating new content, being present in social media, building your list.
It’s a lot. And if you feel at all like you’re sinking, you’re not alone. And if you’re not to that point yet, it’s coming.
